1. This Regulation applies to any person required to pay a bailiff’s account for fees, whether or not the account has already been paid in full or in part.
However, this Regulation does not apply to an account that has been taxed pursuant to article 344 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
In this Regulation, “person” means a natural person or a legal person established for a private or public interest, a partnership within the meaning of the Civil Code, and a public body within the meaning of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
